I have recently got back from a year working on dairy farms within New Zealand.

I have been passionate about animal care ever since my Animal Science degree at Aberystywth University. Since then I have worked on various farms to gain practical experience with most farm animals with their care and welfare being of great importance to me as I am a total animal lover! Being reliable is key to things running smoothly within a milking herd. Managing a calf shed rearing calves to a high standard brings huge responsibility.

My experience working on various farms in the UK and abroad has given me great confidence working with livestock as well as growing up with animals and owning a horse.
